Customer satisfaction is very low on their priorities list.
Prices are reasonable to good for most items, but pray you don't have any issues with your account or items that you ordered. I had an issue with my account at one point and a missing piece for an item I ordered another time. For both they attempted to repeatedly assure me there was no problem. Emailing with support is a nightmarish drawn out process, it took weeks to correct the account problem, the issue with the missing parts has yet to be resolved. They've offered to issue a partial credit (this does me no good as i'm still out money for an item that is missing parts) or for me to pay for shipping for a replacement item. I should not have to pay more money to receive a functional item. Order number was AA18D11G3748-N97Y3I if you'd actually like to resolve the issue, tomtop.
