Threw me under the bus for their failure
I bought some weights and had every reason to believe that payment went through automatically. I received messages later that I suspected were scammers, which is reasonable. By the time I found out it was genuine, I tried to pay several times and they did not help me with my queries or help with failing payments. I eventually made payment while struggling with their technical issues, but they have been throwing me under the bus for their own failure. I paid in full but they reported me for late payments and, to date, refuse to acknowledge that this was their own fault and that I acted in good faith. Do not use Paypal. Ever. There are more ethical fintechs out there. I will be taking legal action and encourage everyone who was deliberately messed about by their service to do the same, until they learn some business ethics.
