Self Storage Services

Keeping a porta-potty inside your unit is now a necessity if you rent from Fort Knox Self Storage!

Keeping a porta-potty inside your unit is now a necessity if you rent from Fort Knox Self Storage! No RESTROOM ACCESS when office is closed, which INCLUDES ALL day Sunday. New policy per Manager when I asked while paying rent on 2 June 18. No WARNING to renters! They have email addresses to send billing notices. Thoughtfulness and courtesy would lead some companies to send email notices of the new limited restroom access policy. I got surprised about two weeks ago. Drive home required. Perhaps I am the only renter who has never checked to see if the restroom door was unlocked BEFORE I NEEDED TO USE IT! If there has been a problem regarding the restroom, I don't think it would require Sherlock Holmes to narrow down who it could be. You have to use a unique access number to open the gate. I have been a renter since April 2007 (11 years). Sometimes I have rented as many as 4 units. Time for me to gradually relocate contents of two 10 x 10 units to a different storage facility. In the meantime I will keep in mind that a porta-potty is one of the camping related items I have stored. AS SOON AS I FIND IT, I WILL KEEP IT JUST INSIDE THE DOOR!!! It is now a necessity if you rent from Fort Knox Self Storage!!
