The process for getting signed up is the easiest I’ve ever seen. They even have a kiosk right out front for you where you can sign up, sign your documents and even buy a lock from. And management on site is wonderful!

The level of personable service from Donna Stickley and her assistant Dave at Ft. Knox Storage Columbia has been superb. I have been a tenant for many years, through 3 management teams. When Donna Stickley was appointed, the change in culture from cleanliness and responsiveness went to another level. Ft. Knox is second to none, because of your excellent staff.

My experience with Self Storage is going downhill!

I switched to a 5' x 10' storage unit on Saturday after having given the manager several weeks notice I wanted to move to a smaller unit. She told me to go ahead and move and told me which unit to move into. When I asked to pay for the next month she said I couldn't as she still had to get approval for me to move from the head office(?). Why that couldn't have been done when I first asked for the change I dont know. Today I received a call from a different employee stating the previous manager is no longer there. This evening when I went by to drop something off at the storage I found my entry code was deleted and now I cannot get in.

Helpful and Professional

While I eventually rented at the Fort Knox ‘sister site’ in Lady Lake, the rep at the Rolling Acres facility was extremely helpful and professional in advising me.

I have been there 20 + years ..Donna and her staff at the Columbia are very on top of it and always helpful.You can not go wrong renting there.

Lucia at the Falls Church location

Lucia at the Falls Church location was a great site manager. She was extremely helpful whether it was invoicing issues, questions, move in - move out arrangements and special requests. She was always professional, friendly, and available to help a customer. Although it was a sad note to vacate the storage, Lucia's support made the entire rental experience excellent and I would rent from her again. JC

I have used Fairfield Storage in VA Beach off & on for over 20 years.. always very pleased with facility which is monitored & clean..On site Mgr. Ginny Canfield is knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating & so friendly. Whether for estates, business or personal use I know my items will be safe and I will always be met with a smile

I like the storage

I like the storage, but the units at ground level are always dirty, can someone swept the floors regularly?

Wonderful customer service

Fair prices, clean lot, wonderful customer service and 24 hour access! I’ve used All Points Self Storage multiple times through out the years. I’d recommend their services to anyone in need of any kind of storage space. Once I lost the keys to my unit. The woman in the office (wish I could remember her name) cut the lock and provided me with a new one free of charge on the spot. I think she could tell I was having a bad day lol. But her kindness quickly turned it around. Lovely business.
