I store my motorhome there. Great service and no problems at all. I think if Self Storage were to offer covered storage for RV's, boats, and cars they would find themselves in niche market that would improve their bottom line. I would certainly pay more for covered storage, especially if electric power was also available.
The rent goes up all the time 2 times a year but it’s the same service. Just not happy over all units got broke into once and was told to use my personal insurance to replace the stuff missing but they charge for insurance !!!
This is the best place of business I have ever seen!
Very Clean and the office was very friendly. I thought the prices were affordable. Sherri
This firm does exactly what their goal is: provides storage for your stuff . Well done.
Everyone is super nice! They go out of their way to help you! I’d recommend them to anyone!
we have never ever had any problems with our storage unit and whenever we go to the facility everything is always taken care of and no worries of harm. And if they need you to know something they contact you as soon as possible.
The manager was very helpful in guiding me to my storage needs. Moving from a different state has had it set backs but this experience was the best I've had.
I moved in, and was given a unit with a semi broken door that I was told would be fixed soon. Here I am, four months later... Every time I ask about it, it will be “moved up the priority list” but I am not actually told when the handyman will come out, nor is a new unit with a unbroken door offered to me. Also my lock had to be cut off a month after being moved in(the key broke off in the lock), making the latch of the door sharp and dangerous. I was told that would get fixed in 6-8 weeks and still, here I am... I only chose this place because it was less expensive and other friends had good experiences, but I seem to be not having the same luck.
Had a great experience! Very helpful!
