Poor maintenance
I moved in, and was given a unit with a semi broken door that I was told would be fixed soon. Here I am, four months later... Every time I ask about it, it will be “moved up the priority list” but I am not actually told when the handyman will come out, nor is a new unit with a unbroken door offered to me. Also my lock had to be cut off a month after being moved in(the key broke off in the lock), making the latch of the door sharp and dangerous. I was told that would get fixed in 6-8 weeks and still, here I am... I only chose this place because it was less expensive and other friends had good experiences, but I seem to be not having the same luck.
