Donna Stickley is a very proactive manager. I currently lease 4 units from the Columbia, MD Fort Knox facility. The service is top notch. She keeps me informed ahead of time when leases will be up; I get receipts immediately, and the overall facility seems well kept.
Moreover, I often need to lease larger trucks, and Fort Knox is my go to place for me and my colleagues at JHU/APL. We get wonderful service that is very responsive. Donna works well with my team and makes it a very efficient process. I really appreciate that because we are often last minute trying to meet a critical deadline.
Both Donna Stickley and Dave Wray treat me an my team with great customer service 100 percent of the time. That is an added plus about the Fort Knox facility, and it is a trait that sets this facility apart from others I've looked at.
Great job Fort Knox Columbia team. You are a 10 out of 10 in my opinion!
Affordable Storage is a great place to store your extra belongings. It has easy access for customers and it is always a clean place when I have to go retrieve an item or two.
Ms.Cook is the best. She's honest, understanding and knows how to conduct buisness. I must add she also clarifies all terms and conditions and prerequisites about property and unit up keep.
Fort Knox continues to keep the Friendliest Hometown just that, Friendly! Keith has continued to be so helpful and the guys in the store are so pleasant to deal with. It is a pleasure to continue my business here!

Lying staff, no one there even when appointment made.
Strange people on site... in the apartment the resident staff person/people should be living in.
Incompetence, over charges, faulty gate, gate left open often.
The experience could not have been worse!
Company sucks, will never use them again, moved to a competitor. Have better space, that is larger, for less!! Says it all.
The fact that is only one cart to move boxes and things is not adequate, the ladders to go un to the storage units are difficult to move around.
Service is courteous.
