Awful quality dress and even worse customer service
I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this website. The dress I ordered was almost entirely see-through, it wasn't wearable in any way, shape or form. Even wearing nude seamless underwear to try on the dress you could still see everything, and I mean everything, through the cheap and thin material. I immediately requested a refund, was asked if I would accept store credit, or a partial refund if I kept the item. For a dress that cost me £65 there was no way I was going to take store credit or a partial refund when this 'company' clearly sell very poor quality, unwearable items at very high prices. I eventually managed to get the information I needed to post the dress back for a full refund, but it took many emails back and forth to even get the return address needed. Sunfere received my returned dress on 1st August (I sent the parcel tracked to make sure they could not claim it wasn't received). It is now 17th August and I still have not had an acknowledgment that they have received my return, let alone a refund. I have chased them via email and am still waiting. Do not order from this website. 18/08 Update to Sunfere’s reply: the dress was completely sheer from top to bottom, not just the skirt. There is a difference between a dress with a semi-sheer skirt (as this one was advertised) and a dress that is sheer through the entire dress, making it unwearable. I have now received a refund notification but only because I posted this review. Sunfere did not meet the return window they state both online and in their reply here. I reiterate, my return arrived to them on 1st August and I finally received a return/refund notification today - 12 working days later - because of this review (both the TrustPilot reply email and their refund reply email came through within a few minutes of each other). Please still avoid using this website completely.
