Order never arrived, couldn't reach anyone
My order never arrived. I emailed Micas four times and never got a response. I tried various emails, but no response. My only option to get my money back was to file a fraud claim with my bank. Then all of a sudden Micas got back to me (hmmm). They tried to offer store credit or partial refund but I did not accept. I had purchased "protection" on my purchase so they sent me the link to get a refund quickly, which I did. Overall, very frustrating customer service experience.
