I have recently purchased the ultra x stream. Knowing that there a long waiting time due to high demand of this product. In the meantime, unexpectedly i have received a compensation of £50 and an additional promotional adjustment of a £100. I find it bazaar that people commented on here and are disappointed, mainly due to the waiting times even though they make you aware before you purchase their product. I also find it funny that buyers are blaming them for purchasing refurbished equipment. They've probably purchased from Amazon, not directly from EF. Maybe in future actually read the description before you buy!
