I received a Bluetti AC500 with b300k…
I received a Bluetti AC500 with b300k battery. The 150 to 90 cable was supposed to be included in the bundle, but they had sent out the 90 to 90 battery connector instead. This meant that the whole bundle would not work. I thought it would be a fairly easily resolved issue but contact with them was horrendous. I had made a second order from bluetti and told them this when I contacted them. They then got stuck on this and refused to accept that they had sent the incorrect cable with the bundle. They eventually accepted the mistake after numerous messages and close up photos. Even this wasn't enough for them to send out the cable I had paid for. They finally agreed to send the correct cable (not an issue but they should have sent the correct one out at the same time), but only after they had recieved the cable from me, "reviewed" the cable (?) and processed the whole matter. A set of processes which will take who knows how long. So I can't comment on the performance of the generator or batteries - I'm just sitting looking at the useless ornament I paid a lot of money for until I get the correct cable sent out to me in several weeks. I won't be buying from bluetti again. If anything goes wrong, you're in for a nightmare.
