Avoid this scam webshop
I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. In my experience, this was a complete scam. I ordered the Lightswing, and when it arrived, I was shocked by the quality. It appeared to be extremely cheap Chinese production, despite the shop giving the impression of being European. The warehouse is in the Netherlands, which adds to that impression. Even more concerning, the product did not appear safe to connect to electricity. The materials and workmanship were shockingly poor and looked nothing like what I expected from the pictures on the website. In fact, the product we received barely resembled what was advertised. We therefore wanted to return it. There is no merchant phone number to contact — only a support email. The support was extremely unresponsive and appeared to be handled by just one person. At first, she did not want to accept the return at all. Then we were told that we would have to ship it back to China at our own expense, which was unbelievable. Later, a warehouse in France was suggested as an alternative. We were then told that once the item arrived, they would first inspect it to determine whether it had been used — which, of course, it hadn't — and that we might then receive some amount back, but not necessarily the full price we had paid. Thank God we paid with PayPal. We opened a case, and it was resolved in our favour. The amount of stress and anxiety involved in simply trying to get our money back was absolutely not worth it. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away. A complete rip-off. Stay safe, guys.
