Order from website but only if you're sure you want the product
Ordered 2 items, needed to return one item due to sizing. After going back and forth, being asked to provide photos of item I want to return (not sure why, it wasnt defective just a poor fit) and being sent links to differing returns policies I have been offered a $2 credit for a £16 item. I thought online purchases were subject to a set of rules to protect the buyer but this company seemed to have written so much into their small print - which differs to that displayed with the items sold that they have no obligation to accept returns. Since writing this review in June, Dresslily have contacted me and given me full refund for the item. They were very apologetic, if you do order from them, please be mindful of their returns policy before purchasing.
