I purchased a herb grinder from your Newfrog it arrived but does not turn when lid is screwed down to grind - it jams because the machine work was not finished properly for clearance - is not usable ! order # This is the third time i have tried to contact you ! I want a refund. If i do not hear back from you i will request refund from paypal.
