This is a scam chinese company
This is a scam chinese company! They rip off all their designs and their product is trash! They say you can return things but you have to pay for return shipping, which is to China and will typically cost way more than the price of the item and they know it. They have a stated return policy that the customer is not responsible for paying return shipping if it is their mistake. In my case they admitted fault for shipping a poorly made item, but they will not let me return it for a refund. They are being extremely slimy and trying to bargain with me (we'll give you 20% off coupon, we'll send you a new item, we'll give you a 10% refund, we'll give you a full refund but deduct the cost of initial shipping). They should not be allowed to market to US customers. SECOND UPDATE: in case you wonder why they have high ratings here, they (unsuccessfully) challenged my review 3 times now. In their reply they claim they were only ever trying to be helpful but here is what they actually said: "because this is international shipping, the shipping fee will be more than the cost of your items... So we would like to offer two options for you (1. exchange or 2. 30% refund)." AND "We are happy to issue a full refund for the items. However, as the shipping fees have already been paid to the carrier and are non-recoverable, we kindly ask to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount." even though I already paid for shipping! I eventually got my refund but I wasted SO much time negotiating with them (I count 15 emails back and forth), and I only got my refund after I started making a stink here and elsewhere. A good online business does not do this to their customers.
