I sent you 5 pairs of trainers
I sent you 5 pairs of trainers. 2 in one parcel. 2 in another parcel and 1 pair in 1 parcel. I packaged them in the post office so their cctv will confirm this. The receipt also says the exact weight of the trainers. I provided you proof of this. You sent me emails to say that the parcels are on the way to the warehouse. I have those emails. You emailed me to say you are refunding me 1 pair of trainers. I received that refund by gift voucher. 2 pairs you sent me an email saying you are not refunding me as the trainers are dirty & you would send them back to me. You have not sent them back to me. I have that email aswell. You then sent me an email saying the other 2 pairs are taking longer than usual to refund me. So I am missing 4 pairs of trainers!!!! I received an email today saying I never sent anything to you! Sounds like your staff have lost them, now they are trying to say I did not send them!!!
