‘Conned’ into accepting a refund voucher
My flight was changed significantly so I requested refund. The Airpaz website would not let me proceed with my request without saying I would accept a voucher, which is unreasonable since I’m sure the airline would have provided them with a monetary refund. Now Airpaz have sent me a voucher for much less than I paid with no breakdown of the amount/deductions and I don’t want a voucher anyway. I have tried to get through to them by email, social media and through the chat which does not seem to work. I don’t even want to use the voucher because I don’t trust it. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Airpaz replied on Trustpilot that they have emailed me to clarify but I have not received any email from them. So nothing has changed in terms of my review of their ‘service’.
