Forgot about bids after was on a cruise!
They worked with me when I forgot about bidding in a auction after I left on a cruise. I wanted what I won, but my reception on the water was non existent. I was able to send and email explaining this and they worked with me until I made it back. They also stand by their word when it comes to shipping. If they say 3-5 days, it will be there. On top of great prices and uniqueness, I'll always shop their auctions.
