Auto-renewal cancellation takes far too long!
I purchased the screen recording software, which is good and worked well enough. The problems are with auto-renewal. It’s a long 8 stage process that is very detailed and involves looking up invoice numbers, which payment website you used, and going through the steps on their website. It’s like they are hoping you will give up or fail so they can get more money out of you. Cancelling auto renewal shouldn’t take this long!
