Bluetooth & iPhone app use
Ordering, shipping, and online information was great. Received our unit , plugged it in and let it fully charge. Tested a @dummy@ load and all went well. Actually, I would give Anker 4.9 stars on this, except for the scant info of how to connect the 3800 to the iPhone app. Having some trouble there. It should work on Bluetooth all by itself when the Internet isn’t available. I have other Anker products, mainly photography related, and have learned that Anker products often outperform among many other brands — including some OEM products— and have always performed as advertised and expected. Five Stars for sure, but I felt it necessary to point out this one small detail in hopes that it will be addressed in the next release of their user guide. If I’m wrong, please accept my apology in advance. Let me know and I’ll update this review.
