Good dresses but poor returns customer service
I didn't check how returns work so mass ordered several dresses for a hen do - happy to pay p&p and dresses were all lovely and true to size, and I kept 2 of them, but upon trying to return the others, - you have to take photographs of the packaging, and return to china. thankfully I used recorded delivery as heard nothing for weeks despite it being confirmed delivered, then chased it up, and Yoins asked for my recorded deliver tracking number and then agreed to refund. It appears they hope people will not chase their refunds and keep the product and not refund.
