I had the misfortune of unwittingly purchsing an item from this company via a third party (Decathlon) They offer returns for unwanted items I decided even before it had been sent I wanted to cancel the order but it seems that I have to go through this company I didn't even know I was buying off to send it back to. I've emailed them numerous times but still haven't had information on how I return it so I'm stuck with it I'll never buy anything from them or Decathlon again
