By far...the BEST Customer service! I am very picky when it comes to what I do. Even though I am very new to the world of digitizing and explaining what I needed...I was not made to feel stupid. They took care of my every concern and did what I asked them. The response time to my requests were made quickly and efficiently. I am still working with another company that I had working on a file and will ask this company to make me a new file. I have been working on it before I started this file with Zdigitizing and it does not look professional like this one. They charged more but the hassle and being insulted is more than enough. I don't want a refund. They will put themselves out of business. Thank you and your staff for being so professional and putting out such a great effort to create a great product!
