They advertise that they can do difficult embroidery patterns & will keep your design (Intellectual property) confidential. I placed an order on July 11, 2026 for a patch pattern that they assured me they could do. I paid them & the nightmare began. They could never get the pattern/design right. If it wasn't missing stitching, then it was mis-aligned lettering or color patches. On REVISION #9 (August 2nd) they assured me they had fixed the design flaws. Imagine my surprise when I saw MY pattern being stitched up by them on a shirt, on their Facebook page. Their design turned out perfect. They never asked me if they could show the world MY design. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They took down the video & sent me a file for revision # 10. It's still messed up. I'm beginning to think they won't send me the correct pattern because they stole MY design.
I am extremely new to embroidery. I need to get some things digitalized and I didn’t even know how to go about it. I actually asked AI and they had a recommended this company. I’ve been using them for about two weeks now they have been extremely patient with me. The artwork that they sent back to me has been amazing! The turnaround time is super fast. I really made a pest of myself and they were wonderful with me.

I wasn’t sure if they could do appliqué digitizing but I was wrong! I needed a design done in a pinch and they get it create within 8 hours! It embroidered great with little to no errors! I would highly recommend!!

I found zdigitizing through a facebook ad and was contemplating digitizing our company’s logo myself but decided to send it to them and see how it turned out. I sent my logo before going to bed and to my surprise, had my file back when I woke up in the morning. I looked it over and requested a few changes and had it back with the changes before lunch. I ran a test on an old shirt and was satisfied, so I began doing my full batch and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

By far...the BEST Customer service! I am very picky when it comes to what I do. Even though I am very new to the world of digitizing and explaining what I needed...I was not made to feel stupid. They took care of my every concern and did what I asked them. The response time to my requests were made quickly and efficiently. I am still working with another company that I had working on a file and will ask this company to make me a new file. I have been working on it before I started this file with Zdigitizing and it does not look professional like this one. They charged more but the hassle and being insulted is more than enough. I don't want a refund. They will put themselves out of business. Thank you and your staff for being so professional and putting out such a great effort to create a great product!

ZDigitizing does good work and turns the digitizing files around quickly (almost always within the day). They also are very responsive to changes - changing elements, providing the same logo for a new and different embroidery size usually without charge. I am very happy with the results.
I learned about Zdigitizing on a Google ads and a familiar YouTuber that does embroidery recommended using their services. I can design and digitize some things but needed an expert in a hurry to get a project finished and sent off asap. Over night, Zdigitizing came to the rescue and delivered within hours. The process was as simple as uploading a photo for a social media post. I received emails through out the progression stages. I received the finished digital files in an email, and the files came out clean and clear. I also received the pdf print outs as well to download. When I tell you Zdigitizing is on point! I highly recommend this company and their services for all of your embroidery digitizing needs.
