I've been working with this team for my embroidery digitizing needs and I'm really happy with the service. They're fast and responsive, always quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful with advice when I'm not sure about something. If anything isn't quite right with a digitized file, they revise it without any extra charge, which says a lot about how much they stand behind their work. Pricing is fair for the quality and service you get. Overall, a reliable partner and I'll keep coming back for future designs.
Zdigitizing went above and beyond to digitize a logo to the specifications I was looking for. I requested revisions several times to meet certain specifications I was looking for and they were very patient and helpful with my requests. The speed in which they respond is extraordinary! Great service. I will use them again!
I worked with this company a few different times on the same logo until we were all satisfied. When I say they nailed my vision.... I mean they NAILED IT!! Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with and my design is just perfect! I'm so glad I found this company!!
Pretty Amazing service. Tried them out on 1 design and needed a slight adjustment. They had it over to me 5 minutes later. Was expecting a day, 5 MINUTES!!!!
Already placed additional orders. Truly amazing customer service.
I have been using Zdigitizing for several years. Without fail they always do a terrific job and what I believe is a very fair price. They are very responsive and always get the job done correctly. Thank you
I recently tried Z Digitizing for the first time after receiving recommendations from several YouTube embroidery bloggers. I am very pleased with the quality of their digitizing; the stitched image was clear and had no thread breaks. I've decided that this will be my go-to digitizing company because their work is exceptional. Thank you!
Thank you!
The customer service is by far the best I have experienced in a long time. Just excellent. This was my first time purchasing a special order embroidery design. I knew what my client wanted but I was unsure about how to clearly communicate this, using embroidery jargon. Granted, I provided a picture but the customer service representatives patiently responded to my queries and provided feedback that helped me to better explain what I wanted. It’s not every day that you find a company like ZDigitizing with employees that genuinely care. They truly made this experience a great one for me and for that, I am better prepared to special order more designs with them in the future.
Zdigitizing is absolutely the best! Everything I have had digitized turns out fabulous! I always get compliments on my embroidery. They are quick, efficient and cost effective!! This is the only digitizing service I use.
I needed a logo digitized, and all I had was a blurry photo that wasn't very clear. I sent it to ZDigitizing, and they were able to create a version that I could actually stitch out. The first version had a few issues, but after I explained exactly what I needed and provided another reference photo from a screen-printed T-shirt, they worked with me until they matched the original design.
I couldn't be happier with the final result. Their willingness to make revisions and ensure everything stitched correctly was impressive. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend ZDigitizing to anyone looking for quality digitizing and excellent support.
