Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I recently reached out with a question about one of my embroidery files and was blown away by how quickly they responded. Not only did they reply almost immediately, but they were incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and they understood exactly what I was asking and went above and beyond to assist me.
Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process so easy. It's rare these days to find a business that provides such prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful service.
I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the very near future.
Highly recommended!

Zdigitizing was great to work with. They got my original image digitized quickly and got me the embroidery file very quickly. The original file was a little larger than I would have liked so I asked them to adjust the size and also adjusted the lettering slightly and got me the new file very, very quickly. I will definitely be using them for my digitizing needs in the future.
They did an amazing job and the turnaround/response time was even better than I imagined! I will definitely be utilizing Zdigitizing more in the future!
The service provided by zdigitizing was beyond what I expected. I was trialing the market and got a few companies to make me logo but no one was anywhere close to customer service quality and the finished product. I got my files in around 8h and they were so detailed I can’t wait to do a sample stitch. They explained everything to me and even provided free adjustments until I had my desired product. Will definitely be coming back for more.
Great fast service! I have struggle with several digitizers over my projects with so much money lost or just settled because I didn’t think it was possible to get exactly what I wanted. I know better now! Tested with one and have already sent 4 more requests.
These people are AMAZING!! Turn around time-FANTASTIC!! Digitizing-FANTASTIC!! They will be the ONLY ones I use!!! Also, I overpaid, THEY caught it, notified me and gave me choice of refund or credit!! Honesty goes a long way with me!! Very nice to do business with! I HIGHLY recommend them!!
I found Z digitizing in a Facebook group and have been very impressed with turnaround time and quality. When I’ve needed a correction on a file it’s back to me sometimes within an hour. I use their subscription service ands it’s been nice to just be billed once a month. Highly recommend!
