The customer service is by far the best I have experienced in a long time. Just excellent. This was my first time purchasing a special order embroidery design. I knew what my client wanted but I was unsure about how to clearly communicate this, using embroidery jargon. Granted, I provided a picture but the customer service representatives patiently responded to my queries and provided feedback that helped me to better explain what I wanted. It’s not every day that you find a company like ZDigitizing with employees that genuinely care. They truly made this experience a great one for me and for that, I am better prepared to special order more designs with them in the future.
