Ordering from Incendio? Be careful!!
Be very, very careful dealing with this company. I ordered what I thought was a pair of HOKA running shoes. When they arrived, the logo was NOKA, not HOKA (I wonder if the HOKA people know of this knock-off.) Incendio refused my request for a refund, referring me to their refund policy, which doesn't allow returns unless the product is damaged. Who, I ask you, checks a company's refund policy when placing an order? Try nobody (or maybe very few people). Why? Because we've all been conditioned to rely on the good graces of the entities we order from. In years of ordering products and services on line, I have never been denied a return for any reason. Now, I have. I've blown $69.99 on a pair of shoes I will most likely donate to Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul. If you're intent on ordering something from this company, make damn sure it's exactly what you want and have no plans to return it. If you attempt a return in circumstances like mine, you'll lose out, just like I did.
