Crooks, they sign you up for an automated membership that you can't cancel. When you try to cancel the membership during the first month, "the [web]page does not exist." UPDATE: After a month, they decided to issue a refund. Not a good experience overall.

A per some other people on this site. Purchased a stylus pen for around $30 - 7 months back. Just realised they have been charging me $30 a month for some sort of hidden subscription. I have lodged a dispute with my bank. Scam - be very careful if you purchase from these guys... And in case you try to pretend it did not happen like the last guy #88398 - and i have the receipt

I purchased my son an airplane for Christmas. They had photos as if it was a large airplane but when it arrived it was hand held. For the cost I was not accepting the misrepresentation in the photo, so I “tried” to return it. They started playing games telling me to take all the prices out of the box and take a photo. I didn’t have to do this because the box was the size of a toaster and the photo made it appear as if the airplane was the size of a kids power wheels. Needless to say I had to go to my bank to get my refund only to find that a month later they started “recurring” charges on my bank card. These jerks are fraud and need to be shut down! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The company said they mailed the earhooks to my home in Nebraska, and reported that they were delivered 3 weeks ago, which did not happen. They sent me a tracking number, but it doesn't say what company delivered them to my house, and they won't answer my question about what delivery service was supposed to leave the package at my house. Last week they also attempted to run a fraudulent charge through my credit card, which was thankfully caught by my credit card provider. DO NOT TRUST THIS CHINESE BASED COMPANY!!

My bank alerted me they declined a $39.99 VISA charge attempted by someone using the name "INCENDIOM. As I had recently purchased a small kitchen item from Incendio, it seemed plausible someone with connections to the company stole my credit card information, so I contacted their support site. They never responded to my questions, but merely said they had cancelled my account, which I had not requested . Twice more I asked them to address the possibility someone with access to their accounts stole my credit card information, but they never did ... even after I left a voice message saying I would review their company. After looking at their reviews on Trustpilot, they may not have integrity.
