Ordered 3 wands, one didn’t work from the start, the other died after a few uses. Tried to get money back, they won’t as it took more than 10 days to tell them. (Bought as christmas presents). Now the same company has taken more momey from My credit card. Scam site, poor customer service and trying to take unauthorised payments. Avoid.
I bought the hoodie mainly because I liked the colour. When it arrived, the fabric surprised me more than anything. It felt soft straight away and didn’t need washing first. I’ve worn it several times already and it still looks good. It doesn’t lose its shape after long days.
If I could give zero stars I would. Product took a month to arrive then the next month an unauthorized charge appeared on my card. I reached out and they said they automatically enroll you in a VIP club which says free on the invoice. It is not and they charge a monthly fee without disclosing it. Do NOT order from these scammers.

I’d give it a zero if I could. We ordered a car heater from this company. The heater blew the fuse on our car and we had to replace the fuse. Now heater doesn’t work. Trying to return and they’re asking for a video of it malfunctioning which would cause fuse to blow again. And in the meantime this company has set up a recurring pay for NOTHING. Absolutely stay away from this company.
Literally never received the product. Never got any tracking or shipment updates, just silence. A month later I received an email asking to "rate my experience". When I clicked on the "unhappy" link within the email, it just brought me to the site's homepage. When I clicked on the "very happy" link, it brought me here to make a review. Comical. Recieved product and it did not work as advertised. Then 2 months later realized they scammed me into a subscription and were billing me 29.99 a month for nothing. Their website mentions nothing about a subscription.
Concept was great but Sadly not once did it work as described. Got it as a gift for work gift exchange and by the time they let me know it didn't work was too latefor the refund/ exchange. Aldi u didn't read the fine print until I got charged for the VIP club. And I didn't realize it wasn't on US based company ( as u can tell I'm not a very savy online shopper) but over all very disappointed
The magic wands arrived 2 weeks later than expected. I purchased these as a gift and have not tested them, so I can’t speak on if they actually work or not. However a month after my original purchase date I was randomly charged $29.99 with no email or notification on what it relates to. I definitely did not make another purchase from them. And I don’t see that I agreed to any recurring charge on my original order confirmation. Shady business. I locked my card and disputed the charge.
My wife ordered two (BOGO deal) Incendio Wands for Christmas. They did arrive on time. The Wands are nonfunctional. Her debit card was billed an undisclosed/unauthorized “ monthly subscription fee” yesterday of $30. The website help links leads nowhere. The customer service line is not operational. We are having to go to her bank to dispute. This is a scam. Steer clear.
Ordered the "flame shooting" Harry Potter wand. Was supposed to arrive by December 28th when ordered on December 18th. Tracking rarely showed movement. Package didn't enter shipping system for 5 DAYS. Sat in customs in China for several days, then about a WEEK later it showed up in US Customs. Sat for a couple days there. Now it is FINALLY out for delivery today, January 7th!!!
Ordering and selection good. Overall experience good. Price a bit high for quality. Wait time a bit longer than expected. Product came charged, does NOT come with any kind of instructions to utilize it correctly. Have tried it 3-5 times with small pieces of paper with nothing but smoke. Going to the site, it tells me to utilize 2x2 inch pieces, which seems to be a lot, but I have not tried it yet to see if that works correctly.
