Price: OK (wanted the original), Shipping slow and horrible, Cust. Service: Slow to respond and no more info than "check tracking"...
Ordered the "flame shooting" Harry Potter wand. Was supposed to arrive by December 28th when ordered on December 18th. Tracking rarely showed movement. Package didn't enter shipping system for 5 DAYS. Sat in customs in China for several days, then about a WEEK later it showed up in US Customs. Sat for a couple days there. Now it is FINALLY out for delivery today, January 7th!!!
