I never received my order. You say I have, i.e. it was delivered. Was it left at my door via Amazon? Was in put in my mailbox via USPS? And now, just now, Tuesday, August 18th, at 4:25pm EDT, I get an email that it's on the way. This is ridiculous. I'm going back to using My Recovery Store. I am a dissatisfied former customer.

Hi Pat, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding this order. We sent two separate shipments-one through USPS and one through Amazon-and both were tracked as delivered. Amazon's delivery record even included a photo of the package at your house, and all tracking details were provided to you. We also contacted USPS, which confirmed via GPS tracking that its package was delivered to the cluster mailbox. Because you still could not locate the order, we sent an entirely new replacement package via UPS, which is now in transit. We understand the multiple shipment notifications were confusing, and we are sorry this experience fell short of what you should expect from us.

I would absolutely NOT use this company again! It took a total of 11 days to get an order from Florida to Mass? Really? The anniversary date I needed it by came and went. I should have had it in more than enough time …. Until this. I was pretty much told “oh well” without any recourse or offer of a solution besides “you can return it”. Gee, thanks. I’m sure that would be at my cost. No thanks. I’m absolutely taking my business elsewhere. I’m passing this along to the many people I HAD referred here. EPIC FAIL

At checkout, the shipping method selected was our standard economy service (quoted at 3-10 working days), not a priority or expedited option. Per the tracking, the package was handed to your local Clinton, MA post office and was delivered today, August 13, which falls within that standard window. I was able to change my Address after buy my friend his one year anniversary present
This company and its pilot took care of my change quickly and everything came right on time for 2 day delivery!!!

Absolutely beautiful product and easy and wonderful customer service! On my order it was not delivered, when it was noted that USPS delivered it. I reached out and immediately got a response. My experience wasn’t great I order two items a chip and a money clip.
The chip was delivered But the money clip has not been delivered AND I can not get anyone to respond to my reply emails asking what’s the problem. I guess I’ll see if I get any response from this correspondence.
