For clarity and accuracy: we do not alter customer addresses. The order was shipped exactly to the address entered by the customer at checkout. USPS accepted that address, transported the package, and confirmed delivery. As a courtesy, we also contacted USPS directly and obtained GPS confirmation of delivery to the address provided. Only after delivery was confirmed did the customer advise that the street type entered (“Road”) was incorrect and that their actual address ends in “Place.” Address entry errors unfortunately cannot be corrected after a package has been delivered, and once a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled. We regret the frustration this caused, but the claim that we altered an address or withheld a product or refund is factually incorrect. We encourage customers to carefully verify their shipping details at checkout to avoid situations like this.
