When i placed my order they were very quick to email the confirmation and also my order arrived quickly. They are quick to respond to emails. I ordered quite a few items. Some items were lovely and just like the photos and descriptions and some items were not good, with the material and design feeling cheap. However the refund/exchange is difficult to do. you have to take photos and explain in detail what is wrong, attacked order number, all the codes and then wait for Yoins to reply and there is no refund form and no reassurement that you will get your money back. I am not sure if would order from Yoins again. Thanks
