Batik air ! You want some problems, choose it
Very angry ! This is one of the worse airline I ever flight with First of all today the pilot made us a scary descent to the Jakarta airport but this time the flight was at time ! But not the baggages! Over 45 minutes to get them ! Of course I missed the next flight (I had 2 hours transfer) needed to book another flight more expensive and of course the customer service asked me to return to the previous terminal , the chat does not even reply properly and so on TO AVOID ! Very bad service and client relationship
