Thieves with lack of accountability.
Didn't book the luggage, charged me for it. Customer support refused to help, saying I need to proof I purchase the luggage (how can I do that, if thats the problem). As I purchased last minute I also couldn't add luggage online, and ended up paying for the luggage a lot at check in.
