Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Sold me a vacuum from the German warehouse, to another European country (Portugal) with everything in Chinese (instructions, power plug, device language, etc). I’m not even able to add the device to the Mi app to try to change any settings. Completely useless! Don’t even understand how this is legal in Europe. Been trying to engage their support but is really slow and the only thing mentioned so far was that they would cover for a power adapter, but that doesn’t solve the issue. Trying to return it but without feedback so far.
