I have had two orders with JJHouse...
I have had two orders with JJHouse and I would give them completely different reviews. 1. I ordered my flower girls dresses from here and they were glorious! Exactly as on the website (they arrived inside out to protect the tulle skirts which had me in a panic for a short while until I realised I just had to turn them inside out). I ordered stock sizes so had to be amended slightly, but nothing major. They did take a while to arrive as they only get made once the order comes in (saves storage space I suppose) so order well in time. Other than that, 5 stars! 2. Ordered an emergency dress made to measurements as her original dress (from another supplier and posted by me) got lost in the post. Two days after paying for the dress at JJHouse I cancelled the order as the original dress arrived. Then the custom dress from JJHouse arrived... Since I cancelled the order within 72 hours of paying for it I am entitled to 80% of the order price+shipment to be refunded, as it says on they website. They WILL NOT refund me more than 40% as "good will" since the dress is made to custom measurements. Despite the fact that if they'd cancelled the production of the dress when I told them to, the dress would never have been made. Still ongoing with them... 0 stars. TL;DR: great quality and lovely dresses, but don't order if you think there's a possibility you might want to cancel or want a refund.
