Item out of stock, no refund and did not notify me item wasn’t coming
No update on order, went to check after a long while to see the item is out of stock and no refund has been offered. Only the option to exchange. Why wasn’t I informed the item was out of stock? You can’t expect to leave customers waiting for something that isn’t coming. It’s common decency to update them with the status of any order and if the item is not available you refund, immediately and without question. Terrible customer service, this was my first time using this company and I won’t be using again.
