Ordered an anti-smoking magnet and it came fairly quick. However, after a week of using it, I mistakenly lost it. I emailed the Support Team and they were nice enough to reship me a new one, free of charge. I am very thankful for the customer service and just wanted to leave a good review here because this gadget has really helped me out - haven't touched a cigarette since! :)
