product took many weeks to arrive, way past the original delivery date. When it arrived, it was cracked and chipped. I sent photos and tried to start a return. In response, I got a condescending email asking me to send more photos and claiming that it was only "minor" chips, which was not true. The illumination was so ineffective that I ditched the whole product and bought a lamp 5 times less expensive on Amazon.
