I was browsing accommodation on Agoda
I was browsing accommodation on Agoda. I moved from their site to check google naps and returned to it not realising that it had changed the date of my search. I booked the accommodation and realised too late that the dates were wrong. Agoda has done nothing to assist me in the refund, even though I just wanted to change the date. I understand their policy, however their customer service is still disgusting, and I will never use them again. They completely failed in what could have been a good customer service and have earned a zero star review. BEWARE! Edit update- Agoda did come to the party after writing this review and was able to obtain a refund for me. However, it should’ve not have taken a bad review to get acceptable Customer service. I have given them an extra star for this follow up
