Won't give a refund - AI answer everything
The crochet 'making box' arrived with NO paperwork. The copy on each card was approx no 4 - so tiny you couldn't even read them with a magnifying glass. Asked straight away to return the goods and receive a refund. AI answer every request with an advert to sell you more!! It's infuriating...... how do I get my money back???? Horrible company
