Ordered a pair of glasses from them no tracking on the parcel when it arrived they where totally useless I could see better without them so I emailed them they asked for photos of the glasses the label on the outside of the package and a photo of the qr code on the plastic bag so they could sort the problem then I get a message offering me £3 refund and keep the item paid £14 for them with postage I asked for a full refund and they pay postage back they will give me a full refund but I have to pay postage back to China with tracking number price £19 company is a joke would advise anyone thinking of ordering anything not to m M murphy
