I have just been scammed by this agency
I have just been scammed by this 'agency' I booked a ticket on VietJet from Ho chi min to Nha trang. This website makes it look like you're booking through Viet jet. The booking was about half the cost of other websites. I booked this ticket about 3 months in advance of the flight. Viet jet cancelled my ticket and moved it to the next day! 3 days before I was meant to fly. I ended having to buy a bus ticket instead not to lose 2 days worth of hotel. I'm sure Viet jet is in cohoots with this agency and they share the money that they scam from the customer. Do not use either if you actually want any kind of service. I wrote to Viet jet demanding a direct refund but they originally offered another flight to be used within a year. When I insisted on a refund they said they could only refund to the agency and it would take a month. I know the money is gone, but I was interested to see how far this went. To think that airline is directly involved in this fraud is amazing. Im retired and im going to chase this to the end. Im waiting for a month to chase it further.
