Issues with the company
DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY.....their return policy is a lie. Even if you bought only a regular size (not customize) and had the wrong color -- they did not take a return!!! They are misleading you even when I specifically asked them in an email. I placed a bad review on the website and the next day it was deleted!!!!! EDIT: The company contacted me and have now resolved the issue and gave me a refund. I do think their product is well made. My only problem was the return policy.
