Boxhub failed to deliver two weeks in a row, both times claiming their logistics company truck broke down. When I reached out the second time I cussed (not at her) and the sales rep lectured me on use of poor language. When I said I would cancel she then hung up on me without confirmation. I guess life is too harsh. 😂 Update: I did eventually get a confirmation email, would rather have done business though. 🤷🏻
