Container purchase was great, pretty straight forward but the shipping company they use are horrible and unprofessional.
Had to fill out MULTIPLE questions regarding delivery and received a phone call to confirm and the shipping company still loaded it on the wrong vehicle facing the wrong direction and when we advised that would not work as agreed upon by BoxHub, he dropped the container in the middle of the parking lot and left while we were on the phone with Box Hub to correct the issue. Ended up having to send 2 trucks back and they had to use 2 vehicles to push and maneuver in the proper direction and location.

I would just like to say that Boxhub has made my experience in buying a shipping container the best! I was a little Leary about the process but the sales guy Luc was terrific in every step of the way! Either calling him or texting him , he would always respond quickly. Also the driver Robert was awesome! We had a tight space to put the container, but Robert said he wouldn’t leave until I was satisfied it was in the right place. Experience here at Boxhub make for a fantastic transaction! I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

I flew in to Denver to be present when the two containers were to be delivered in May. The day before delivery, it snowed and would have been very difficult to place. I had to return home to Calif. the next day, and not able to return for another month. Box hub worked with me and the containers were delivered as agreed. Having driven "Big Rigs" for many years, the delivery person was great and had no trouble with the delivery. We may purchase another container in the future

Boxhub failed to deliver two weeks in a row, both times claiming their logistics company truck broke down. When I reached out the second time I cussed (not at her) and the sales rep lectured me on use of poor language. When I said I would cancel she then hung up on me without confirmation. I guess life is too harsh. 😂
Update: I did eventually get a confirmation email, would rather have done business though. 🤷🏻

Our delivery driver Alex was very courteous and did an excellent job placing our 40 foot container. Although our placement area was within the required minimum, it was tight and Alex did a great job fitting the unit with precision.
Our Sales person Joe was very professional as well. His communication was prompt and accurate.
The quality of our unit is like new.

Boxhub made the purchase experience seamless. It was as simple as selecting the size that I needed, entering my address, and paying for the box. Boxhub took care of the rest. The company the delivered the box, Denmans Container Solutions was very professional, keeping me informed every step of the delivery day. The driver, Lane, was very courteous and skilled. I sent an email out to several shipping container companies to get a quote on availability and delivery time on a 40' box, 2-3 responded, Boxhub had the best pricing and the lead time and response was quick, kept me up to date on the delivery and what was needed from our side for the delivery, we weren't able to place the container original location, the driver and i changed location, he was great at what he did, delivery was completed.

Communications were great. The driver worked with us to make sure the two containers were set in place correctly. We have dealt with them in the past and both times were great experiences. We were scammed in the past from a different dealer and lost money. Boxhub is very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

Not a lot of communication came through for the delivery time. I sent several emails asking for a time line AM or PM on the delivery date. Only thing I received was the day delivery. Morning of the delivery day i got a call saying 9;30 to 10:00 AM. Driver only had keys for one unit but not the other unit. I found another set for the first unit but no keys for the second unit. Waiting for a resolution still on this. We are unable to get into the second unit.
