No customer service
I was approved for a policy paid for it and had a question. They asked follow up questions on the application but they aren't attached as the policy document. I wanted them to be attached so there wouldn't be any questions about what was disclosed in the application. I sent them and email and it's now been over a week a no one has responded to their help email address. They did manage to send me an email asking for a review...so here you go.
