Caution, beware before you buy
The restoration results can be very good, so I decided to purchase the minimum number of credits to work on restoring some old family photographs. ⚠️ Caution: The program appears to use an algorithm that may reject or error out if it deems an image “unsuitable.” For example, a photo from around 1930 of my mother aged about nine was flagged as an error — seemingly because the system interpreted it as containing a child. ⚠️ Refund Policy: It seems that EaseUS does not offer refunds for rejected or failed restorations. Therefore, if any of your photos could possibly be considered “risky” by the algorithm, you may wish to avoid using this service. EDIT I will add that in the hour since writing this review my 200 credits which equalled 50 scans has changed to each scan costing 200 credits. I'm astounded!
